Simplifying the Complex Case for Trial
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Taking a complex business case to trial requires more than just an understanding of good trial technique. Simplicity and clarity are key. But after years of litigating, the case has become anything but simple or clear. The parties to a complex case may have exchanged hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of documents, taken dozens of depositions, and identified a massive list of legal and factual issues for resolution. This seminar focuses on whittling complex cases down to their essential components for trial and allowing for easier—and more compelling—digestion of the case by juries and judges.
