Renée Rothauge Joins Oregon State Bar Litigation Section Executive Committee

PORTLAND, Ore. – September 21, 2011 – Portland litigation firm Markowitz, Herbold, Glade & Mehlhaf is pleased to announce that Renée Rothauge, an attorney and shareholder with the firm, was elected to the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Litigation Section to serve beginning January 1, 2012.

The Litigation Section includes civil, criminal and specialty practice litigators in the Oregon State Bar. It is the largest section within the Bar and provides services to its members through periodic CLE presentations, as well as publication of the Litigation Journal three times a year. The Section is committed to the professional education, development and collegiality of its members.

Rothauge is an experienced west coast trial attorney who focuses her practice on business and intellectual property disputes. Her cases include trademark, patent and copyright infringement, licensing disputes, partnership and breach of contract matters, shareholder and corporate litigation, unfair competition and noncompetition agreements.
