Lawsuit accuses Homeland Security of violating environmental law with Portland tear gas deployment

NPR reports on the case Markowitz Herbold lawyers Jeff Edelson and Nate Burcham, ACLU Oregon, and a coalition of environmental advocates have brought in a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security.
