Ousted as CEO, Bamboo Sushi founder sues Bain Capital fund over alleged "hostile takeover"

Bamboo Sushi Founder Kristofor Lofgren has filed a lawsuit against investor Bain Capital Double Impact Fund alleging he was unfairly ousted as CEO.

The suit, filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court on Wednesday, also names fund manager Christopher Cozzone, BCIP Double Impact Associates LP, Kitchen Fund LP and Sustainable Restaurant Holdings Inc., the holding company of Bamboo Sushi and QuickFish, another Lofgren-founded eatery.
