Susan Hammer is a Distinguished Fellow in the International Academy of Mediators and a member of Mediators Beyond Borders. She has served as a mediator since 1988 and has mediated over 1,000 disputes. Jeff Batchelor is a full time mediator and arbitrator, having mediated hundreds of cases across a broad spectrum of litigation, principally in the commercial setting. Drawing on his diverse appellate background and his experience as a pro tem circuit judge, Jeff began mediating cases in 1995, six years after he arbitrated his first case in 1989.
