Allison (Ali) Rothgeb


Allison specializes in representing litigation clients in both state and federal courts. She previously worked at a large regional firm, where she advised clients on land use issues, water law, and environmental law. At Markowitz Herbold, Allison is broadening her practice areas to include general commercial litigation, employment law, and intellectual property.

Allison also served as a litigation associate at McCormick Barstow LLP in Las Vegas, where she represented clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal court. She was responsible for drafting and arguing motions, overseeing discovery, and attending settlement conferences and mediation.

In addition to her private practice experience, Allison also served as in-house counsel for both the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority.

Allison holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia, an M.S. from the University of Delaware, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E Rogers College of Law, where she earned a certificate in environmental law.
