Allison represents litigation clients in both state and federal courts. She previously worked at a large regional firm, where she advised clients on complex environmental matters including land use issues, water rights disputes, and environmental compliance and permitting issues.

At Markowitz Herbold, Allison continues to leverage her environmental background in complex litigation matters involving environmental issues. Her practice also includes general commercial litigation and employment law.

Allison was also a litigation associate at McCormick Barstow LLP in Las Vegas, where she represented clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal court. At McCormick Barstow, Allison’s responsibilities included drafting and arguing motions and handling discovery disputes.

In addition to her private practice experience, Allison also served as in-house counsel for both the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority where she argued cases in state court on behalf of the District. She also provided advice on environmental compliance and water rights issues.

Allison holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia, an M.S. from the University of Delaware, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E Rogers College of Law, where she earned a certificate in environmental law.
