Whether representing businesses or individuals, Anthony’s talent for intensive preparation and strategic thinking enables him to spot complex legal issues and obtain winning results for his clients. His specialties include contract disputes, disputes between shareholders, endorsement, and noncompetition/nonsolicitation agreements.
Anthony has experience navigating the legal complexities affecting athletes and sports-related businesses. Whether advising a company looking to build a relationship with a college athlete in compliance with the NCAA rules and regulations or helping a college athlete manage their name, image, and likeness (NIL), Anthony’s unique personal and professional experience enables him to provide sound and straightforward counsel to his clients.
As to the workplace, Anthony helps employers and executives with all types of issues, including discrimination, equal pay, wrongful termination, non-competes, theft of company property, and retaliation claims.
During law school, Anthony worked as a legal extern for the Honorable Ann Aiken, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of Oregon. He also clerked at multiple firms, where he helped in a variety of different cases ranging from employment discrimination to medical malpractice defense. Anthony graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School as a member of the Cornelius Honor Society and a recipient of the Roosevelt Robinson Scholarship. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and was a member of the school’s 2011 Pac-12 Football Championship team.
