Associate - Portland, OR Office

Markowitz Herbold, a premier trial and litigation boutique law firm specializing in complex, high-stakes business disputes, is seeking applicants for several litigation associate positions. Mid-level experience in complex business litigation, or at least two years in any combination of complex business litigation or judicial clerkships, is required. Having a bar license in both Oregon and Washington is a plus. For one position, a demonstrated interest in environmental litigation, environmental regulatory matters, natural resources law, land use, or related areas is strongly preferred.  

Ideal candidates will have excellent legal research and writing skills, the ability to work well on a team, and a desire to obtain or further develop in-court experience.
