David Fauria Selected to Serve as a Ninth Circuit Representative

Portland litigation firm Markowitz Herbold PC announced today that attorney David Fauria has been selected as the District of Oregon’s lawyer representative to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Oregon for a three-year term.

These sought-after volunteer positions assist with planning the biennial District of Oregon Conference for Oregon’s Ninth Circuit Court judges, actively participate in lawyer representative meetings in the district, and help plan the Court’s annual POWER Act programs. 

Fauria represents individuals, businesses, and government entities in a wide range of matters. He has litigated complex class actions, breach of contract disputes, business tort claims, probate disputes, and complex statutory and constitutional claims. Fauria also has significant experience advising private clients and government entities on legal and communications strategies.
