Fight Over Washington Carbon Regulations Sparks Power Dispute

Attorney Dallas DeLuca is quoted in a recent article about his defense of PacifiCorp before a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, in a case involving Washington's Climate Commitment Act.
