Litigation Paralegal - Portland, OR Office

Markowitz Herbold, a premier trial and litigation boutique law firm specializing in complex, high stakes business disputes, is seeking a litigation paralegal. 5+ years complex civil litigation experience required. Experience in environmental litigation including CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, and water rights matters is a plus. 

The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of all phases of discovery, working with large volumes of documents especially with discovery requests and responses, litigation databases and technologies, working with experts, and trial preparation and support. Must have the ability to proofread and cite check briefs, and have excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
