Litigation Paralegal – Portland Office

Markowitz Herbold, a premier trial and litigation boutique law firm specializing in complex, high stakes business disputes, is seeking a litigation paralegal. 3-5+ years complex civil litigation paralegal experience required. Ideal candidates will have a firm grasp of all phases of discovery, working with large volumes of documents especially with discovery requests and responses, litigation databases and technologies, privilege document review, ability to keep abreast of changes in the law, procedure, and technology, understanding case strategies and goals, managing trial preparation and support, ability to cite check all factual and legal authorities in briefs. Must have excellent communication, teamwork, resourcefulness, ability to work independently and within a team, ability to appropriately delegate and manage other support staff and vendors, and time management skills. This position is hybrid as work allows.
