Mandi Summers is an attorney with experience litigating a wide range of cases, including breach of contract; shareholder, partnership, and LLC disputes; copyright infringement; trust and estate administration claims; class actions; and professional liability claims.
Mandi has experience drafting pleadings, Rule 21 motions, motions to compel, summary judgment motions, settlement agreements, and e-discovery protocols. She has managed discovery in state and federal cases, including preparing for and defending depositions, drafting discovery requests, handling e-discovery, and conferring over discovery disputes.
While in law school, Mandi served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael J. McShane of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Mandi was also a staff editor of the University of Oregon Law's Oregon Law Review.
