The Oregon Equal Pay Act of 2017: Understanding Inequity, Complying with the Law, and Taking the Lead on Change

Markowitz Herbold attorney Laura Salerno Owens and Portland State University Sociologist Maura Kelly, will discuss the Oregon Equal Pay Act of 2017 and approaches to complying with its requirements, as well as the cultural, psychological, and sociological factors that contribute to historically lower salaries for women, minorities, and other groups.
