Honoré joins the firm after practicing business litigation at a large regional firm. She advises and represents clients in commercial disputes, including shareholder and contract matters, business tort claims, products liability, professional negligence, and real estate litigation.She earned her J.D. with a certificate in business law from Lewis & Clark Law School and graduated summa cum laude.
Makowski is a business litigator and will be an integral part of the firm’s cross-border disputes practice. Before joining Markowitz Herbold, Makowski practiced at a Portland litigation defense firm where she assisted with complex business litigation.She graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was the co-director of the University’s Latino/a Law Student Association and served as a staff editor for the Oregon Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho.
Malone recently joined Markowitz Herbold from the Seattle office of a top national litigation firm where she maintained a federal and state commercial litigation practice. She is licensed to practice in Washington and will be sitting for the Oregon State Bar exam in February 2015. Malone graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with high honors. She received her undergraduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
