Varro Clarke

He has experience handling all phases of litigation, including drafting initial pleadings through trial, mediation, and administrative hearings. Varro is skilled at reviewing highly technical and fact-intensive discovery to uncover the narratives that drive cases. His litigation background includes land-use regulatory disputes, derivative suits, surety bond litigation, professional liability, shareholder oppression, civil RICO claims, and appeals. He also has hands-on experience preparing for and taking depositions.

Before law school, Varro worked in New Mexico as a strategic communications and government relations consultant for international leaders in the energy, natural resources, and defense industries. He also has experience managing statewide political organizations.
