Stanton Gallegos Joins Lines for Life Board

Portland litigation firm Markowitz Herbold PC announced today that attorney and co-managing shareholder Stanton Gallegos has joined the Lines for Life Board of Directors.

Gallegos represents businesses and non-profits in complex litigation, including securities litigation, shareholder disputes, class actions, antitrust, and other commercial matters. He has extensive experience in securities and financial investments, where he has represented financial institutions and investors in matters relating to mortgage-backed securities, failed investment funds, and merger transactions. Gallegos also represents clients on appeal in state and federal courts both as parties and as amicus curiae.
