Representing Clients with Disabilities

Markowitz Herbold attorney Emily Teplin Fox is presenting to the Oregon New Lawyers Division on the topic of representing clients with disabilities. She will discuss communicating with clients with disabilities, review the civil rights laws that prohibit disability-based discrimination, and encourage attendees to represent people with disabilities in their practice.
