A distinguished and diverse line-up of speakers will bring you up-to-date with the latest in labor and employment law, including the keynote presentation and panel discussion “Microinequity in the Workplace—Identifying Modern Discrimination.” The afternoon will feature separate labor- and employment-based breakout sessions: strategies for arbitrating labor disputes, recent developments at the NLRB and ERB, litigating the fast-track noncompete case, and advanced wage and hour law. A special lunch presentation will focus on cultivating professionalism while mentoring the next generation of labor and employment attorneys.
