The Dalles vintner awarded $23.4M and ownership of disputed vineyard

In a true “bet-the-company” case, the jury returned a staggering $23.4 million verdict (plus attorney fees and the return of a 400-acre vineyard) on behalf of our client following a seven-day jury trial. The trial team included Chad Colton, Adam Starr, Jordan Elizabeth Pahl, and Kris Felix.
