Erin has represented individuals and businesses in matters ranging from complex class actions to breach of contract and business torts, non-competition and non-solicitation disputes, financial elder abuse, and wage and hour claims.

No matter the legal issue, Erin brings a fresh focus and creativity to achieve her clients’ individual litigation goals.

Prior to joining Markowitz Herbold, Erin practiced at a regional firm focused on insurance recovery, complex commercial litigation, and business transactions. She also clerked for Oregon Supreme Court Justice and former Markowitz Herbold Shareholder, the Hon. Lynn Nakamoto, as well as the Oregon Tax Court, Magistrate Division. During law school, Erin externed for the Hon. Thomas Balmer of the Oregon Supreme Court.
